CPMFITness (School of Fitness) in Sioux Falls is a world-class fitness facility. Our professional fitness coaches will train you to become functionally fit for life. What distinguishes us from many other gyms/group classes/trainers today is our fundamentals program. In other words, you will work with a personal coach, as opposed to just throwing you into Group Exercise classes. Yes, we have group classes for our experienced members members whose baseline fitness and technical skills are sound but more importantly you will develop a relationship with a personal coach who will constantly work with you to help you reach your fitness goals. Joining CPMFITness Sioux Falls means you will become more fit than you have ever been, and with the help of your personal coach and the greater community, we ll help you stay on a path the a happy, healthy, fulfilling life.
